TONE is the step programme that gives you energy. The adjustable-height step, simple movements and rhythmic music are all fantastic sources of motivation. Cardio sections to raise your energy levels and burn lots of calories, followed by muscle strengthening sections to sculpt and tone your body.

Required fitness level:
You usually have to take a few TONE classes before you feel comfortable on the step. You'll gain confidence as you progress through the lessons.
